Three-Day Psychological Support Training for Women Concludes in Jenin

22 August 2024

The Jenin Center for Culture and Creativity, in partnership with the Center for Women's Work in Jenin Camp, concluded a three-day psychological support training for 30 women. Led by Nour Morrobi of the Catharsis Foundation for Holistic Therapy, the workshop focused on techniques to reduce stress, process emotions, and foster mental well-being.

Each day centered on a different theme:
Day 1 introduced physical relaxation techniques to release tension from the body.
Day 2 focused on expressing and processing emotions.
Day 3 explored the connection between thoughts and emotions, and how shifting perspectives can support healing.

This training is part of the Center’s ongoing commitment to supporting women in the community, particularly during times of heightened displacement and trauma. Through holistic approaches and trusted partnerships, the Center continues to create spaces for collective care, resilience, and renewal.
